Size: 120,000 Sqft. Date Completed: Nov 2019 Scope Of Work: We tore off an existing SPF roof and installed a temporary EPDM membrane to dry in the deck. We then Installed 2.6" flat ISO with a full 1/4" tapered system as well as new 60 Mil TPO. We also designed and installed a new permanent ballasted collapsible guardrail system around the entire perimeter.

We removed the existing ballasted rock and then proceeded to install a 3" Iso board as well as a 1/2" densdeck and 60 Mil EPDM fully adhered. We also designed and installed a new ballasted guardrail system around the entire perimeter.

Size: 10,000 Sqft. Date Completed: July 2020 Scope Of Work: We began by tearing off an existing TPO roof as welkl as 6" of Iso down to the existing deck. We then installed new 6" iso as well as a new 60 Mil EPDM system fully adhered.

Size:24,000 Sqft. Date Completed: October 2020 Scope of Work: We began by tearing off the existing BUR and 6" iso system down to the existing deck. We then installed new R30 iso with crickets as well as a new modified bitumen roof system. We also installed a new permanent guardrail system.
